Good idea! I think it's something which will happen more and more - yes it's a great alternative to living at either end of the freeway (but building on a nice flat front block in a new estate does have its benefits too!).
Great location btw! So many nice restaurants so close!
The other issue with these blocks is the higher number of neighbours! We have to go talk to ours shortly and break the bad news of potential driveway issues...
