Re: Items after PCI?? 3Nov 21, 2012 11:35 am Hi & thanks i will do that today. I noticed on the paperwork that "no new items are to be added" We did see that acouple of things that we talked about with the SS at PCI he had not written them down when we checked once home. Thought he had as he was writting away while we were telling him, sent an email off right away,i think i need to make things clear to them & send another email. Wondered where you stand & if they still have to sort extra items out. cheers Block bought 1st RBC X! 2nd Ventrua,Keeper! I would have thought anything found up until handover is fair game. At the very least, have them acknowledge these items and have them dealt with under the 90 day warranty. Re: Items after PCI?? 5Nov 21, 2012 4:23 pm I think the no new things added words are because they want a list they can complete before handover. The scratches are unlikely to be sorted by handover but by reporting them you can prove they were done prior to handover and should be fixed at the 3 month stage. Re: Items after PCI?? 6Nov 22, 2012 10:20 am Thanks heaps, its a mine field building a house & understanding everything! I have sent an email to our contact person at builders,do you think this is enough/official On handover we will be going through the house with a comb, room by room,we did sortta at PCI but the windows were not cleaned yet & some power was off in the kitchen so there were somethings we couldn't check. Do people check that all lights work, would need to take light globes,or is that over the top cheers Block bought 1st RBC X! 2nd Ventrua,Keeper!
