Re: Building At Edmondson Park 2110May 19, 2015 9:35 pm Hi All, Can anyone else confirm there is no need for us to submit our building/landscaping plan for approval before going to council/CDC? Garry said our lot is not a special design lot so there is no need for us to submit our plans to Landcom for approval. Garry said our lot is not a special design lot so there is no need for us to submit our plans to Landcom for approval. Purchasers of "nominated" lots at Edmondson Park are eligible to receive a design and landscape rebate's, so all of them would require approval from Landcom, however if your lot does not have any design guidelines, Liverpool Council still need a landscape plan to be submitted for each development application. I would however get 100% confirmation from Landcom though, as you wouldn't want to miss out on any financial rebates if your lot has design guidelines. (Check your contract, should be something in that). Hope that helps. $395 Fixed Priced Landscape Plans for DA M: 0435 127 244 | W: bluegumdesign.com.au | E: info@bluegumdesign.com.au Residential | Commercial | Industrial Re: Building At Edmondson Park 2114May 28, 2015 11:23 am Brahma Bull Jazz926 Hi All, Can anyone else confirm there is no need for us to submit our building/landscaping plan for approval before going to council/CDC? Thanks Brahma Bull, we just received confirmation yesterday from Landcom Building Design Coordinator that there is no need for us to submit out plan for approval, we can go direct to council/CDC. Having said that, they send through a detail check list of what needs to be done to get the rebate. I spoke to landcom and they said as long as you comply with the design guideline you are ok to receive the rebate. Their design guideline is quite slim and not a lot of of detail in there.
