On my morning walk today, noticed service pits for recycled water and drinking water supplies. So, looks like water and sewerage works are finished on Derna st.

Thanks for the update Bans, We have all been told the registration is late September. Keeping my fingers crossed. Just about the break and enter, its a bit worrying. Do you think its worth installing security systems? Yahooo!Our solicitor told us that the land is registered. All people should be informed withing next few days. 11 Aug is the settlement. Almost a year of waiting.... There was no work underway. looks like its all stopped. The site doesn't look any different to what it was 4 weeks ago. I drove by yesterday and they have now erected temp fencing on Jardine side for the stage 16 Village Sq land. They are also finally dismantling the two houses there. Thank you so much for the update I haven't been able to make it out there in a few weeks..not that it makes a difference, but I like seeing any little changes :p Only found out I could see the DA submitted to Liverpool Council from the developer a few days ago so I've read almost every document they have available.. Vegetation hasn't been touched at all. Hammond Park WA (in Cockburn Council Area) has multiple estates on sale and sold after the grants were lodged.
