In my case, builder rendered our front facacde which is not in paper work or in contract, I don't mind it because it looks good. can someone please tell me about my options before contacting builder for their mistake. can they make me pay for it ? However..... If the house model you have chosen does have render, and your contract states this model, and chances are the render has already been costed into the model price. OP has clearly stated that we are dealing with item that is not in the contract and that builder has made a mistake. I think you are questioning whether the item is in the contract or not, is that true? If the item is already in the contract then builder obviously cannot charge extra.
