As usual we were told retaining walls had to go in etc (my husband still has a view on this). We needed retaining walls, but he's pretty sure they did too much cut so we'd have to put site engineered walls in that have a cost $22k But onwards and upwards. I have a blog. Our build is due to commence just after Christmas, and we have colour selections to do in the next few weeks, and also the fun part of getting finances approved. Best of luck with your build!
