Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Procorp - Administrator appointed 1102Mar 17, 2014 4:24 pm At least we're in our house, so we're luckier than some. That said, it's now been 15 weeks since we sent our 90 day defects list, and we're still waiting for a maintenance person/supervisor to call, let alone actually come and look at or fix anything. It took them 7 weeks to even acknowledge that we'd sent the list, so I haven't exactly been holding my breath for someone to come out. I know we're not VIPs or anything, but why anyone would drag things out for so long is beyond me. Re: Procorp - Administrator appointed 1103Mar 28, 2014 6:19 am And so it goes on - after getting action happening since my last tirade of emails things have stopped with my file siting on some clerks desk for 2 weeks now without any action. On The Sekisui House website it states "As a global company, each one of our 21,000 employees is committed to making our customers happy." I think someone should conduct some training on this at Sekisui House as I for one am very unhappy with my dealings with Sekisui House and its employees from the minions to senior management. Sekisui House House might be able to create communities but they haven't been able to complete the final 1/3 of a duplex in 10 months - blowing out a 16 week contract by 6 months and still going and costing us thousands of dollars in the process.
