Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Celebration Homes - Prestart P 41Dec 10, 2012 5:59 pm Ooooo, that's a tough one. I think I am leaning more toward the second one. I will be doing the same in our holidays - going to tile places, flooring places, granite places, etc. Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Celebration Homes - Prestart P 42Dec 10, 2012 9:49 pm I have that first one painted Surfmist at my current house Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Celebration Homes - Prestart P 44Dec 12, 2012 12:07 pm Think we are going to go for PMAD104, we went for a drive yesterday looking at some colours and what-not, I definitely prefer the look of that one, now to choose some colours! Looking at surfmist, shale grey at the moment, though we need another colour for the "feature" wall. Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Celebration Homes - Prestart P 45Dec 12, 2012 3:45 pm Ill post photo of my surfmist one when I get onto computer ETA: http://i430.photobucket.com/albums/qq27/LeanneRowe/IMG_9987.jpg Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Celebration Homes - Prestart P 46Dec 12, 2012 4:47 pm We've decided on shale grey as our main render... Not 100% on it but decided its neutral enough that if we don't like it well reprint later. Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Celebration Homes - Prestart P 47Dec 13, 2012 4:44 pm I do like that door colour Leanner! Simple and neutral enough whilst looking nice at the same time! Walking around now I see loads of that same door as well haha! Fair enough fmac, good choice, hoping to go grab some samples this weekend and paint a piece of cardboard or something to truly see the colours, as well as tiles etc etc Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Celebration Homes 48Dec 13, 2012 4:59 pm remember to stick then in different places, next to different colours and out in the sunshine. I am always amazed by how much colours are impacted by other colours! Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Celebration Homes 49Dec 16, 2012 1:34 pm Yesterday we went out to make our colour selections for tiles. benchtops and render. And we chose our bricks as well so it was a very productive morning, the combinations can be seen below. We hope to get a better sample from Laminex after the Christmas break. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ What you see here is, far right is Floor Tile, far left is Wall Tile with the upper tile being a feature tile. And the two Laminex cards are Benchtop and Cupboard Doors. These are the same in both bathrooms Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ This one is the laundry, you have the floor and the splashback tile. With the benchtop and cupboard doors again. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ This is the colour of our splashback in the kitchen, though not this size, we dont have the card for the cupboard doors but we will upload this when we do, and our ceaserstone benchtop is Osprey which can be seen below. Gotta wait for LWP to make our land accessible, we went down yesterday and they just started moving all the equipment to our stage to begin the work, progress! They will do pre-start when a site survey can be completed which could be like a month or so before titles. Haha were impatient too tezza! Also found our cupboard doors in the kitchen. Its lighter than the image is but yeah. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Celebration Homes 55Jan 15, 2013 2:33 pm Hey Eddie. Much else been happening? Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Celebration Homes 56Jan 15, 2013 3:53 pm Hello Not much at the moment unfortunately, we now have to wait until site engineers can get on site to do the survey etc so we can get plans and go to pre-start. We are expecting this to occur sometime in March though we are not certain, basically as soon as the road in is done etc, we went down the other day and they are just starting construction on our stage. However whilst we wait we have been looking into colours and the likes which you have already seen, otherwise I have been looking at the cabling etc that we need, smart cabling and the likes. Also been looking at timber decking for the alfresco and pools and what-not. So yeah, not much EDIT: Oh and we have confirmed when we are going to of saved all of our money for our deposit which is quite nice, 14th February which my missus liked quite a lot, wonder why...its also good because its 2 months ahead of where we expected to be. Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Celebration Homes 57Jan 17, 2013 11:32 pm We are also waiting for them to be able access our land to do site survey which they expect to be mid feb so we might be a little ahead of you if everything goes according to Plan. I like the colours you have picked (we have only agreed on window frames and bricks lol). Celebration Homes, Whiteman edge Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Celebration Homes 58Jan 22, 2013 5:19 pm Alright folks, just looking into some options for a few things now, can anyone recommend me any good cabling companies that are licensed and decent price to run some data cables incase i dont bother doing it myself, also can anyone recommend any security systems/companies as well? Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Awaiting Titles/Site Survey 59Feb 04, 2013 6:20 pm dont celebration homes give you the option to go through intelligent homes? an y more news with your build? can you see and get to your block yet? Celebration Homes, Whiteman edge Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Awaiting Titles/Site Survey 60Feb 04, 2013 8:55 pm I'm going to a consult with intelligent homes on the 16th so I'll let you know how they are. I've heard good things though. Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 7 17518 of course there are legal avenues. You've already mentioned it. Sue them. I find it odd that lawyers wouldnt be willing to take on the case, given CCT evidence and… 1 23758 "Losers" "humanity" "off time" "your" "top notch" "love symbol" Sounds like ponzo is done using other people's toilets 36 23835 |
