Look forward to see all your selections Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Prestart Booked!! 106May 20, 2013 11:04 pm All, we are also building a Polaris with Celebrations.. can you help us out with understanding what we will need to sign off on at prestart? What, other than the stuff in the prestart file you get given is to sign off on? Do you get all sorts of working / engineering drawings to approve and what if you want to change something slightly? Cheers everyone! Embarking on our first home build! Cheers everyone! There is not much actually we had to sign at prestart, you make all the modifications including electrical and any internal walls you want to move around, eg the fridge space in the kitchen. The rest is all colour selections, tile selections etc etc. From the changes you make they are taken away and then returned to you modified and up to date with the final contract for you to sign etc we have been told. We were told to expect ours back within 2/3 weeks but thats only because we are about that far away from titles. Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - TITLES ISSUED!!!! 112May 28, 2013 11:06 pm woot woot! Your plan looks great, we liked quite a few of CH homes designs as well, they have some really nice houses. And I love your block, looks like it is going to be a really nice place to live. Yeah, it was so hard choosing a design and a builder that we liked. We hope its as nice as it looks from our imagination Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Waiting for settlement. 116Jun 17, 2013 1:46 pm In case anyone is interested, we are still waiting for settlement to go through, we have had a couple of hiccups, but hopefully we hear back from the bank today. Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Waiting for settlement. 120Jun 17, 2013 7:41 pm It has been smooth up until I had to confirm my change of last name from when I was a child, then the government refused to accept my name had changed. But all ok now, in theory settlement should be tomorrow, just waiting for it to be booked Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 7 18401 of course there are legal avenues. You've already mentioned it. Sue them. I find it odd that lawyers wouldnt be willing to take on the case, given CCT evidence and… 1 24006 "Losers" "humanity" "off time" "your" "top notch" "love symbol" Sounds like ponzo is done using other people's toilets 36 24121 |
