Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Bricks and Frames :) 190Aug 17, 2013 12:06 am Yay with any luck hopefully you will get our brickies they work so fast they would have finished yesterday if it wast for the rain and had to go back today for one pillar Celebration Homes, Whiteman edge Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Bricks and Frames :) 191Aug 17, 2013 10:32 pm tezza87 Yay with any luck hopefully you will get our brickies they work so fast they would have finished yesterday if it wast for the rain and had to go back today for one pillar I have a bit of a suspicion we may of been waiting for your brickies. But there are three other CH builds in my same stage, and I would note are the only three builds actually started. Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Bricks and Frames :) 192Aug 20, 2013 4:39 pm Just got a call from Celebrations regarding our site, apparently Western Power have still not connected power for our stage so none of the sites currently have site power so they are having to hire a generator for the works, though not causing any delays it means a cost variation which should be taken up by the developer as they were meant to provide a "full site". Also been confirmed by our Site Manager that brickies are now onsite and hard at work. Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Bricks and Frames :) 193Aug 20, 2013 5:06 pm Woo hoo! I know there is nothing happening on ours, still having problems just getting our survey let alone a slab at the moment, hopefully they will start soon :/ I've noticed a couple of slabs down, they will all start popping up shortly. Hope you see big changes the next time you have a look at yours. Ooo sounds good, if you go today have a look and see if anything has been done (brickwork wise) on ours, would like to know if anything is actually happening of if its heresay. Yeah when we go down I am always checking yours out to see any action, don't know why your having to wait so long as clearly everything is available to the builders (except site power), hopefully you hear something soon. Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Brickwork Started! :D 196Aug 21, 2013 11:58 pm After receiving confirmation from shaznj we decided we couldn't resist but go have a look in the pitch black! Good job we took our torch but I got a couple of little sneak peak photos to last until Saturday, they have done pretty much all the left side external of our house up to a certain height as you can see in the second photo (sort of) in two days! It goes around the corner to the back of the house too, but I will get better photos on Saturday. I highly recommend parking facing your site and leaving the car headlights on for a few minutes so you can have a good look. We only visited our site about once a week, so it was amazing how quickly our walls were suddenly there! We only visited our site about once a week, so it was amazing how quickly our walls were suddenly there! Haha yeah, it is so hard to resist the urge to go! We would of done that but the last few times we have done it there has been someone else driving around, and I have a fear of someone just jumping in the car and taking it because our lights turn off when you take the keys out. If LWP and Western Power got their act together maybe we would of had site power, as the lamp post is literally on the corner of our block. Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 8 2234 of course there are legal avenues. You've already mentioned it. Sue them. I find it odd that lawyers wouldnt be willing to take on the case, given CCT evidence and… 1 14618 "Losers" "humanity" "off time" "your" "top notch" "love symbol" Sounds like ponzo is done using other people's toilets 37 14040 |
