Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Slabbed!!!! 167Jul 31, 2013 10:10 pm Echo2k3 Are they your soakwells ready to go in the background? Good thing its raining! My slab has been rained on heaps and has not one crack in it We are not sure if they are ours or the block to our lefts, only time will tell Yeah that's what we thought about the rain too, as long as it doesn't hold us up though Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Slabbed!!!! 168Jul 31, 2013 10:11 pm I'd like the rain to stop for couple weeks haha Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Slabbed!!!! 170Aug 02, 2013 2:38 am Congratulations on the slab Eddie. We've had a few delays with our design but it's getting there slowly. Look forward to you progress updates Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Slabbed!!!! 171Aug 04, 2013 8:04 pm Looks like they were our soak-wells So we have 4 soak-wells which I wasn't expecting us to get, no complaints from me though, the plumbers have been in etc and the surrounds of our block flattened and the big ditch at the back has been filled Looks very good, bricks should be delivered this coming week Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Slabbed!!!! 172Aug 08, 2013 12:09 am Hi Eddie. Just catching up on your thread. Congrats! We got our titles at the end of may also but are being stuffed around by keystart. We are still waiting for our formal finance. Got our pre approval over 4 weeks ago so it should be anytime now. Very stressful. Hopefully not too long till we get a slab too! We got our titles at the end of may also but are being stuffed around by keystart. We are still waiting for our formal finance. Got our pre approval over 4 weeks ago so it should be anytime now. Very stressful. Hopefully not too long till we get a slab too! Where were you building Ashleeeigh? Yeah I am glad my fiance and I had managed to get a bank to fund us, but we used keystart for our pre-approval so we do appreciate them (a very little bit). Good luck and keep us up to date Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Slabbed!!!! 174Aug 09, 2013 9:55 pm We are in lexia, stage 6 I think. But it's lot no 8253. Literally across the road from the main street (can't think if what it's called). Just want them to hurry up as we've already done all our pre start and everything! We had no choice but to go with them as we are renting and it's a struggle to save money. I would not recommend them again though, we have had nothing but dramas with them! Ive seen brickies laying bricks in my estate in this weather, crazy, but I guess they need to be paid! Yeah, I have been keeping a very close eye on the weather forecast and currently most of next week is forecast as showers, which is better than constant rain. Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - Bricks and Frames :) 180Aug 11, 2013 3:14 pm Most trades work in 'showers' so you should be fine Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 8 2222 of course there are legal avenues. You've already mentioned it. Sue them. I find it odd that lawyers wouldnt be willing to take on the case, given CCT evidence and… 1 14608 "Losers" "humanity" "off time" "your" "top notch" "love symbol" Sounds like ponzo is done using other people's toilets 37 14039 |
