Definitely get in touch with your fencing people - they like to be notified about 6 weeks in advance and you'll definitely be in within that time. It could be different people, but our fence was up only a couple of weeks after we contacted the contractor so it should be done by the time you move in Woohoo for shopping! Kitchen cupboards were finished and also our caeserstone kitchen benchtop has been installed. Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - PCI/Pre-Handover 06/12!!! :D 417Nov 20, 2013 1:16 pm Wow so exciting Eddie! Looking good as well! How come it is so long between the PCI and handover? I thought that time was only for them to fix up anything you notice was wrong at the PCI? So if it was only minor stuff it should only be a couple of days? Re: Our build in Ellenbrook - PCI/Pre-Handover 06/12!!! :D 418Nov 20, 2013 1:21 pm Wildcats Wow so exciting Eddie! Looking good as well! How come it is so long between the PCI and handover? I thought that time was only for them to fix up anything you notice was wrong at the PCI? So if it was only minor stuff it should only be a couple of days? That is 10 business days from the 6th I believe they always set aside 10 business days to finish anything or clean anything you pickup on the pre-handover meeting, also you start the bank processes and that gives the bank 10 days as well Though I suppose it could come forward if everyone is ready. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 7 18891 of course there are legal avenues. You've already mentioned it. Sue them. I find it odd that lawyers wouldnt be willing to take on the case, given CCT evidence and… 1 24137 "Losers" "humanity" "off time" "your" "top notch" "love symbol" Sounds like ponzo is done using other people's toilets 36 24251 |
