Need to finalise my tender so your help would be really appreciated. Kind of stuck and cant think anymore.... Shower next to bath I am thinking of moving the shower next to the bath and toilet in corner. What do you think? Is there any problem with having the shower glass frame in contact with bath? How would it look and cleaning issues? Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Rainwater tank 1.My builder has given me the following quote for Rainwater tank? Re: Need help to finalise my tender 2Apr 06, 2008 10:28 pm Only thing I can see is there will be much less space left to access the bath tub.

Re: Need help to finalise my tender 4Apr 08, 2008 3:03 pm Yeah I agree Raz, I think that the shower is best where it is, otherwise you have low toilet, high shower, low bath.
I like the look of the false celign if that's how your kitchen will be. We are paying the same for the plumbing and the slab for the water filter. I don't know what a brick course is, hasn't been mentioned to us. Re: Need help to finalise my tender 5Apr 10, 2008 1:49 pm Hi Rachelle,

Really appreciate your input cos sometimes I can be soooooooo indecisive....!!!!!!!!! and can spend hours and hours just thinking about it without any firm change at all!!!!!!!!!!! Thinking of going for the concrete slab and getting the Rainwater tank myself. Did you get any quotes yet? I have asked JB to draw up my plans.. which will be ready for signing 25/04.
