I think timeframe will be different for everyone as I received building permit in less than a week. They use an independent surveyor to stamped the plans and get it ready for construction. We won't be of use when we move in. I think nbn will be ready by June next year. Certified estate just got nbn ready in June this year considering they had residents since 2014. No. I am a bit old school. I don't have instagram. I don't even know how it works. Sorry. We wanted a big block as it is our third build and I told my wife that we won't ever move again. It's our first build so we chose a small block. We bought ours in 2014.. We were the 3rd buyer in the estate! Have you engaged in a private inspector? We did and Darbecca do an awesome job especially since we have no build experience. The Riviera is a lovely big home. I am hoping our NBN does not take too long the email said November. https://letsbuildwithboutique.wordpress.com Re: Boutique Homes 2735Sep 07, 2016 5:32 pm Yeah we were lucky to snatch the block back in 2014. It's always handy to have another person have a second look considering we are investing so much money. Yeah we were lucky that the block was still available as we bought the block three days after we flew overseas. What were we thinking? We thought if we decide not to build we can always sell it. Well on letter it does say nbn works will commence but it doesn't state anywhere that it will be ready. I have gone to the website called finder.net.au I think and it is still on plan stage. If we have nbn by November, I will be stoke. Re: Boutique Homes 2736Sep 07, 2016 5:36 pm StraightBull3t Yeah we were lucky to snatch the block back in 2014. No. I am a bit old school. We have managed to get quotes for blinds. Not long to go https://letsbuildwithboutique.wordpress.com Re: Boutique Homes 2737Sep 07, 2016 5:40 pm That has been a very quick build. Didn't you just start building in June? I saw a Simmonds home already occupied by owners. Don't worry. We can watch local news. Boring. Haha Re: Boutique Homes 2738Sep 07, 2016 5:41 pm I'm doing my own camera installation. I can't justify what security companies are charging Re: Boutique Homes 2739Sep 07, 2016 5:44 pm StraightBull3t That has been a very quick build. Didn't you just start building in June? They had the land prepped in June but slab poured in July. Oh wow! The first resident. I wonder if their rubbish gets cleared? We got our council rates a few weeks ago. That reminds me I have to get quotes for TV antenna. https://letsbuildwithboutique.wordpress.com Re: Boutique Homes 2740Sep 07, 2016 5:44 pm StraightBull3t I'm doing my own camera installation.
