Just want to know the price point of the product and want to know that the price is consistent across all builds Re: Boutique Homes 3345Jul 14, 2017 8:49 am Jadeypox Ours was $100 per square metre, it does depend on the stone too. As you said- cat 1, should be basic hrm. Hey Jadeypox, dd you get $100/m2 through Boutique or did you get it done after handover? Hey Jadeypox, dd you get $100/m2 through Boutique or did you get it done after handover? Oh definitely after handover! If you want to move in straight away and use the garage I'd recommend going through Boutique or else booking the driveway straight from handover. We had to wait a bit because the concreter was busy so we had winter mud... to tremble through to get to the car parked on the side of the road in front of our house for a few weeks. Not ideal for a new car lol lucky it wasn't a BMW or merc- but in saying that if I had one of the two I'd probably not be too concerned about the price of a driveway . At our colour selection we were advised we could get it done cheaper and didn't look at pricing Re: Boutique Homes 3347Jul 14, 2017 10:53 am Jadeypox epitome Jadeypox Ours was $100 per square metre, it does depend on the stone too. Has anyone sold their ILVE appliances after handover? We want to buy different appliances but we know we will be wasting a bit of money selling the ILVE ones and buying new ones. We asked if Boutique can have the appliances not installed and still in the boxes. Has anyone done this? Thanks, Viki Re: Boutique Homes 3351Sep 17, 2017 11:06 am vickimoshovakis Hi there! Thanks, Viki Have u asked Boutique to simply not provide them and give you a reimbursement/credit? Re: Boutique Homes 3352Sep 17, 2017 6:30 pm Yes we asked if they could do this before the colour appointment but unfortunatly they could not do this for us... along with may other things. Starting to wish we built with a private builder, we just want to customise too much I think! lol Re: Boutique Homes 3353Sep 17, 2017 6:53 pm vickimoshovakis Yes we asked if they could do this before the colour appointment but unfortunatly they could not do this for us... along with may other things. Starting to wish we built with a private builder, we just want to customise too much I think! lol That's bazar!!!!! Is it against building code to not deliver the house with these items? If not I would absolutely push back - sounds ridiculous to me Re: Boutique Homes 3354Sep 18, 2017 8:49 am It hasn't been easy for us... I feel like all we have done is complained to Boutique homes... And we have delayed our build at least 6 months from all the troubles we have had. Apparently they cannot credit us for these items as they are included in the house cost and they are unable to adjust the inclusions? Or something like that...I know, I wish I could do more and push it back until they agree but we are so impatient now- we just want to move in asap Re: Boutique Homes 3355Sep 18, 2017 9:36 am [quote="vickimoshovakis"]It hasn't been easy for us... I deleted out a few standard inclusions and just got credited. I sincerely hope things get easier for you! It's so hard going through this process and always wandering if u made the right decision! Best wishes Re: Boutique Homes 3356Sep 18, 2017 12:40 pm I just don't get it! Can I ask when did you sign you contract? Maybe its something they have changed recently....still not fair! Thanks so much for your sympathy lol We will get there eventually I'm sure! Re: Boutique Homes 3357Sep 18, 2017 1:46 pm vickimoshovakis I just don't get it! Can I ask when did you sign you contract? We've deleted walls, doors, shelves, even entire bathrooms and have gotten credited for those. However, we've not deleted any of the appliances. Either way you will end up with a beautiful home - which home are u building? Re: Boutique Homes 3359Oct 03, 2017 11:30 am Got a question on the drafts and plans from Boutique: Once the soil test is done, can someone please list out the final plans that we receive from boutique? ( slab plan, elevation, site plan, floor plan etc?) ( slab plan, elevation, site plan, floor plan etc?) Thanks, The final plans you'll get from Boutique before colour selection is all of the above: slab plan, elevation, site plan, floor plan, etc. We just got our plans a few days ago with our colour selection in a few days. We also got the contracts as well and reading through all of it is overwhelming. The contracts feel so slanted towards the Builder! 10 12504 Ask for references and speak to them.
