Our rainwater tank has been buried supposedly on compacted sand but the first flush diverter, if it is installed, is going to tip 50 litres of water straight on to clay near our slab. This doesn't seem a good thing to me. Is it possible to pave around a buried rainwater tank? And how do you get the tank out without cracking the paving if something goes wrong with it? Any advice much appreciated here.
