Hey guys,
need some opinion on these two builders.. we've come to a decision to make between these two.
The SOHO is certainly much within our budget at the moment with the upgrades we want. (about 45K less!)
- For both we are intending to remove the "L" pole between the dining and living so looks more open space.
- Also considering having high ceillings for SOHO range but not sure if that's even worth it
- we also wanted timbre ceiling over the alfresco
- extended alfresco with extra slab and roofing (about 3x3m more)
- small rectangular window in kitchen for extra lights
- extending garage by about 1m for extra cupboards

The P!antat!on' guys seem to have pretty good inclusions but keep in mind the breakthru is the "budget" variety so can't compare with the standard builds they have.
Any opinions/thoughts are appreciated!
