Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 31, 2012 3:07 pm I can finally say it, color selection is done. After many weeks of waiting, going back and forth between color schemes, the countless trips to display home centers and Cosham Interiors the selections are finalized and currently waiting to review the tender on 12th October 2012. The selection process began with the exterior and to my surprise it took lesser than 1 hour, needless to say the interiors (carpet, tiles, wall & ceiling color, wood stain, flooring, benchtop colour and glass splashback color) took the most time – I think it took about close to 1.5 hours but lucky enough that we had a good interior designer who helped out with almost every detail throughout the process. However the finishing took just under 15 minutes as everything was mostly from the standard range. Alright, that’s enough rambling from me, I’ll start with the exteriors. For exteriors, the following were chosen. Please refer to the picture on the right, the gutter and fascia sheet metal sample were left out but a link to the color sample on the Colorbond website is provided in the list below. I’ve also included links to the selections for a closer look and more information.
