We signed contracts in June 2012 to build the Ascot 24 on our block of land in Yinnar, Victoria. Its been a trying few months, building finally began on October 15th. Oct. 15th - site cut Oct. 15-24 - Plumbing and slab skeleton Oct. 24th - slab pour Oct. 25-30 - termite protection and frame delivery Oct. 31st - Frame construction starts! The building process is by far the quickest and less stressful stage so far. This was one of the designs I considered for my own build. I'm building a Delta 21 - a similar size home - which had the site scrape done on October 19.
