We are building and was told we would have a plastered bulkhead, well they forgot to do one now all the cabinets are in, but they said they will still do one. We looked at it today and it looks rather odd! We were told it would be a plastered bulkhead, yet it's our kitchen cabinetry made up on top to create a bulkhead which isn't what I thought it would or should be like!! Have they finished yet, does this look right??
