We were rushed into signing the contract to get a promotion. The salesperson told us that we could finish selections and invert the plans after we signed, and we naively believed him which causes us a lot of grief. Coming back to the point, the contract signing was rushed, we went into the builders office after hours one day, where he quickly read through the contract and we signed. We had no witnesses, and the part where witnesses should have signed is still blank.
