If you do, you will be hanging around waiting for tradies to come etc etc Please check the silicone carefully - ours was horrendous and much of it had to be redone at the 3 months inspection which was a pain in the @rse. You shouldn't have had all those tradies at PCI either - it should all have been done - sounds like the usual rush at the end job from D!!
