How much longer do they think till it's complete? Hopefully the weather holds out so they can crack on, last week was such a wash out and really delayed things. building with Redink Prestart 21/3/13 Slab down 12/6/13 Brickwork started 5/8/13 Brickwork finished 26/8/13 Roof frame 6/9/13 Colorbond 26/9/13 Grey float 11/10/13 white set 17/10/13 Re: Trinity build - brick work back rooms complete 243Sep 20, 2013 7:10 am hi yes verry pleased with the brick work . its looking real good, they still need to change the bad bricks at the back and finish of the front and garage. mabe looking at brickies speed will take all this week and next week to complete brick work. its coming along but the rain has slowed work down a fair bit. had a look at picks of kitchens for a while now. our cabinets was overhead was only 25c we then added a bulk head($380) so it looks flush.sales rep said it was included but was not. asked for pricing for it to be 28c and $230 why they dont tell you at prestart beats me in the end for me to change it it will cost me $23 inc the $150 variation so while having a variation going we changed all the bedroom robes to white glass sliders instead of mirror and vinal. picks to come need to uplode them. We had a wall out by 30mm and DAH pulled it down and rebuilt it. Surely breaking a brick wall and plugging it back up isn't standard practice? Hope it gets resolved asap. Banana wall rebuilt and now as good as rest of walls Checked all windows and doors are level and plum Rooms all to size and square. Got the big suprise to see all roof materials is on site ready to rock n roll. Asked the builder to leave left over bricks and they said yes, but looks like some got feet and are missing .
