What did they charge you for it? They said we could have it at prestart only to now, 3 months down the line insist they need to do tiling etc. I hope you're doing well - and enjoying your house too much to spend time here! Re: Redink Homes - NOR - xxkatxx's build - what type of rend 1523Feb 17, 2015 12:01 am Hello we are enjoying our lovely home but still have some things to do....The outdoor shower being one of them lol its actually on the top of the to do list for the next few weeks From memory it was around $350 for hot and cold capped plumbing on the side of the house. There were no other issues regarding tiles etc and nothing that they said was required in addition to the plumbing. It may be a council requirement now? Good luck! Re: Redink Homes - NOR - xxkatxx's build - what type of rend 1524Feb 17, 2015 12:04 am Oh and ours was literally just hot and cold tap capped plumbing. No drainage and no provision for a shower head. If yours is for all of that then that may be the issue? Re: Redink Homes - NOR - xxkatxx's build - what type of rend 1525Feb 17, 2015 9:43 am Thanks, xxkatxx - that was all we'd asked for, capped hot and cold plumbing! So at a bit of a loss. We'll have to take the cheapest tile option and then waste money re-doing it afterwards seeing as we can't choose anything from here. Oh well, if only they'd said so when we were there it would have been ok. I'm so glad you're enjoying your new house - I hope you'll find time at some stage to show us some more pictures Thanks again! x Redink Homes - NOR - xxkatxx's build - what type of render? 1526Sep 27, 2015 1:31 am Hi xxkatxx, I've been reading your build but i can't see 95% of your photos We've got PCI on Wednesday.
