Especially before all your upgrade appointments it's a bit overwhelming. Put plenty of money aside for upgrades. Who are you building with? We are building with Masterton, they had a design which was just what we wanted. Thanks for the advice, they haven't been too bad re extras mind you we are very early in the process, this site has been very helpful with tips. How is your build coming along? We are hopefully starting to build end of June so very exciting now. It's been a very long process we made lots of changes. The hardest decision was deciding on which white colour to use!!!
