At the moment our site costs are calculated at around $11,000, but Burbank have said we should get quite a bit back....although I don't know how much and neither do they yet until all costs have been finalised!!!! $4200 of that is for the slab apparently. So they wouldn't want to charge much more for everything else they have to do.................. Will let you know actual cost once we know.
