Haven't fully grilled them on what is included, but think it was pretty much all inclusive. Just ask lots of questions on prices and what's included (tip, it won't be anywhere near the display homes which can add an extra $100k-$200k to the price advertised). There will be plenty of extra costs involved, and even then when you get a fixed price contract there still be extra variations for stuff you forget not to mention extra's like landscaping. $300k is a tight budget for a 2 story- doable for sure but it will be fairly basic inclusions. To give you an idea have a look at my thread as I'm building a split level in Brisbane, total cost will be around $350k, not including window dressings or landscaping which will be another $30k or so. Costs also depend a lot on your land, flatter the cheaper- retaining walls, hitting rock etc can add quite a lot to costs.
