IS IN! 45Oct 17, 2012 9:30 pm Hi there. Such an exciting time for you and your family. Such a beautiful home the ascot just a little out of our budget in the end. I am too building with Carlisle homes (the Westwood 31). We signed contracts almost 3 weeks ago and last I heard the plans had not been submitted into the developers yet and now just awaiting for more info. I just wanted to know how you found the paperwork process with your client liaison executive? Cheers Re: Building the Ascot 35 with Carlisle Homes - D.A. IS IN! 46Oct 17, 2012 9:42 pm Congrats on deciding on the Westwood! We were looking at that first but the Ascot swayed us in the end! We have been signed up with Carlisle for quite some time - have been "in the system" for over a year while waiting for our land to title, so I think we are pretty up near the front of the queue! We have been very impressed with the process and our CLE is great. It never hurts to ask every few days for an update as they are busy and sometimes need a nudge.
