How does it sound to you out there? I dread to think how much extra his slab costs will be. I am guessing considerably more than 10K, AND he thinks its included in the standard slab price. Boy is he in for a shock. Approx $12K for the demolition - it was small 12sq timber home with some asbestos. The Soil classification has little to do with piers.
