Can i please look at your curtains??? i've also ordered samples from the same website and i would love to see what they look like as we're also getting black curtains!

You can see some of the curtains in the photos above, gootza; the studio ones are in chocolate and the living room ones are in latte. We have black ones in the master bedroom, but I don't have pics yet. Keep in mind they have not been steamed yet, so they still look creased! We're really happy with them though, I just need to get around to steaming them.

Thanks everyone for your compliments! We still love the kitchen so much and we get so many compliments on it! Yes, his and hers office corners, hubby has a gaming station and I have a photo editing set-up.
Kitty goes everywhere in (and outside) the house, including places she's not supposed to (such as on the tables and benches). We lost her in the storm drain yesterday, I had a mini heart attack, but I think it's something we have to get used to.
The grass is Empire Zoysia; we chose it for its slow growth and drought and frost resistance. We finished laying the last bits yesterday, so now we just have to make sure we water it every morning, and hopefully within a month it will have established. Next task will be the gravel path and stepping stones on the sides of the house.
I bought some art for the walls today, will post some pics once it's up. We have yet to get our own photos printed for some of the walls, but we have plans of which ones we want up (wedding photos, etc).
