Not looking for a fancy showroom where you pay $120/m2but i know you can buy them for around $50/m2. Ive only heard of TFO and they dont really have any in stock they said. If you are, you can try a place called Sunlight Tile in Wickham Rd, Highett. I bought some porcelain tiles from them at $15-20 per square metres. My tilers said they are very good quality tiles. When I visited other store and told the store I was looking for porcelain tiles under $30 per sqm, that store said there is no way to find porcelain tiles that are under $30 per sqm. At the end, I bought porcelain tiles from Sunlight Tile for around $15-21 per square metres (bought around 40sqm for old house renovation, 150Sqm for new house. They import directly from China. I am not familiar with Marble Tiles, but they do sale them. It is worth trying.
