It's such a long wait so I was so happy today. Hey jpc splashback went in finally today SS did it, cleaner was in and wow what a difference, Handover after Easter woo hoo gave notice to rental agency today booked in removalists and now Easter weekend we pack.. The garage door is monument. When you have your inspection take a pen and paper SS had a roll of blue tape to put on minor scratches. There were a few things that needed to be fixed and still no back tap or gas metre.. I'm assuming that goes in before final check. I sent off a large list of minor defects and work not complete today so I wouldn't forget, but the quality looks fantastic from the laymen eye anyway lol. Here's a pic of the splashback so much different then I remembered it as the colour selection was done so long ago but I love it. It's a bad pic but it shimmers has a beautiful sparkly look and will go nice I think with the glass over the range hood when it's installed. Above the bench will be my 3 light pendant .I like how they put in those plastic shades though. We have only finally finalised the 2nd contract after they made a complete mess of the first one. Can't wait to see more pics!!! Tell me about it our contract was all over the place, no freestanding bath as requested, carpet layed twice in the same areas, house had to be shrunk as it wouldn't fit.. That process took longer then I hoped, but once we started it was amazing to see. Once your past the paperwork hopefully it will just zoom by, still no thermostat in the house will take a pick on handover for you Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 7 17609 of course there are legal avenues. You've already mentioned it. Sue them. I find it odd that lawyers wouldnt be willing to take on the case, given CCT evidence and… 1 23782 "Losers" "humanity" "off time" "your" "top notch" "love symbol" Sounds like ponzo is done using other people's toilets 36 23898 |
