Your pool will be perfect for the beginning of summer, can't wait to see the photos. Re: Stellabella's build- Changes/likes and dislikes, post bu 602Aug 27, 2013 11:10 am Thanks SB! The ground has been levelled now (mostly, there is still a drop off around the stormwater drain/box/thingy). Hopefully some turf down today or tomorrow, I'll then try and post some pics! Also - the name of the tile is VSI Opera Snow. Hopefully that helps. I haven't been on the forums for so long, doing 50+hour weeks (not that it's an excuse) and trying to plan the holiday has taken up all my time. But now that I have a free long weekend, it might be time for some updates! 1st build: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=59376 *New*-2nd build: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=70324&p=1154282#p1154282 Re: Stellabella's build- FINALLY backyard landscaping pics! 606Oct 06, 2013 12:42 pm Ok! Time for a pic overload. Where we're at: We are SO close to being finished. DH got called back out to work right in the middle of his time off, so our plans were a little messed around. There is still gravel to be put around the pool and the second driveway down the side of the house (since DH's car doesn't fit in the garage). This will be like crushed gravel with just a sail over the top. Figured this would work for someone with a boat or caravan when we sell. We also have to figure out fencing down that side. I don't really want a full fence, so we are thinking of stained timber screens, sporadically down that side (like, where their windows are!). Most of the turf has taken really well. We've been trying to water it like crazy because it's been getting so hot here, but there are less lines out the back than there were out the front, and it's growing really well (thank you summer). Time for a mow already! We also haven't got a pool cleaner/vacuum yet. I've been looking at all these reviews online, and it looks like no-one is happy with any of them! We have an issue with leaves, does anyone have any recommendations? Looking at either a Zodiac G2 or MX8, the MX8 looks so much nicer but apparently isn't so good with leaves? Would love the V4 4wd but it's so expensive! We go to America for two weeks in less than a month, hoping it will be finished before then but I think we are better off aiming for before Christmas since DH has less than a week off before now and when we leave. 1st build: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=59376 *New*-2nd build: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=70324&p=1154282#p1154282 Re: Stellabella's build- FINALLY backyard landscaping pics! 607Oct 06, 2013 6:38 pm It's all looks beautiful!!! Won't take long for the grass to fill in now the weather warms up. Pool looks very inviting. Can't recommend a pool cleaner, we are still waiting to get ours and give it a whirl. Lucky you going to America, I've been to the west coast twice, loved it! I'm sure you will have a fantastic time. We built the Wisdom Majestic 40 - moved in!
