I have no clue when it comes to this hahahah but the cage looking wire stuff is over the sand that they put the slab on lol I see they are yet to do anything with your bricks!!!! Re: Building in Millbridge with WA Housing Centre 37Jul 15, 2013 10:47 pm What's happening now Kylie? I went past your place on the weekend and looks like bricks are still sitting there any news on when they will start? We had our portaloo and shed come last week and the yellow sand and big blue bin come today! Re: Building in Millbridge with WA Housing Centre 38Jul 16, 2013 10:42 am Yep, bricks are still just sitting there It's been 5 weeks now since our slab was poured and not a single thing has happened in that time! The brickies were meant to start yesterday and it looks like they were there for a little while as some of the bricks piles have been opened and the rooms have been marked out but I guess with the crappy weather they packed up and went home before actually laying any bricks. Curse this weather!!! I've been driving past yours every day too lol. I see you have your lovely slab and your bricks have been delivered, woohoo!! Won't be long and your bricks will go up too! Just out of curiosity, do you have kids?? I have a 9 y/o girl and 5 y/o boy and it would be great if they had some neighbourhood children to play with lol Re: Building in Millbridge with WA Housing Centre 39Jul 16, 2013 11:42 am Kylie we found that not much was done the first day because it takes a while to accurately mark the rooms clean the footings of sand setup the equipment etc. Today is not a good day to lay bricks. I'm not expecting much to have happened today when I visit our house later on. As much as we all hate rain with our builds, we need it badly. Re: Building in Millbridge with WA Housing Centre 40Jul 16, 2013 1:13 pm Kylie I seen two brickies at your place this morning YAY!!!!! And you have the portaloo and big blue bin too yay!!!!!!!!!
