Are you guys thinking of selling up too, Ronni, or are you talking about down the track? We will be selling early next year, we have decided to move back over east. Tough decision to sell as we LOVE our house! 4 Re: WA - Baldivis/Waikiki Group Chat 684Sep 13, 2013 11:47 am Oh, that's a shame to see you go, especially as you've just built Still, one needs to go where one needs to go. I wish you lots of luck in getting a great price for your house, so at least you can go back east all cashed up! Although there isn't any cottage blocks though. Think you mean 2B Re: WA - Baldivis/Waikiki Group Chat 692Sep 19, 2013 12:36 pm I think the cottage blocks are the ones between 1 & 2? Re: WA - Baldivis/Waikiki Group Chat 693Sep 19, 2013 1:02 pm I think the cottage blocks are darling They usually do really cool little entrances and streetscapes for those streets, making the elevations look beautiful. Parkland Heights is going to look so good in a year or so! Congratulations, looking forward to being your (sort of) neighbour. So many wonderful people are building in PH, it's great to see! The changes made were: - Swapped position of the Master Bedroom & Theatre so the Master was in the middle of the house instead of the front. - Double shower to ensuite, standard shower on one end and rainfall on the other. - No hobs to showers (we would have liked to go completely frameless but not for 6k) - Side access door through the garage Our prestart person (who since has been fired) made a few mistakes. They have changed/fixed the issues but while doesn't show on this plan, the theatre room will go out to the eaves. We also would have liked to have some other features but had to compromise as the house is not a big one! So no double vanities, no double wall ovens or massive kitchen island etc. Maybe next time hey! 4 14392 |
