Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Sep 02, 2012 11:20 am My girlfriend and I are about to sit down with the builder and hammer-out the final details of the contract to build our dream house. We believe that we have most things covered, but were wondering if there were items that anyone wished that they had "included" in their contract prior to signing on the dotted line? It seems that we always wish that we could go back in time and think "If only...". Any items would be appreciated.
