I can't read all the fine print though Re: Working Drawings At Last! 3Sep 01, 2012 8:47 pm I like it I would make WC2 deeper and put a sink in there as a powder room, save guests going into the kids bathroom, if there are kids, perhaps thats just me. plus if someone is in the shower and someone else ........... Good use of the space on a non rectangle block, but the separate WC in the WIR instead of ensuite is a trippy one. Whilst I feel the WC must always be separate in the ensuite , in thru the robe is a little different. Again perhaps just me. Luck with the build , is that hammy hill in WA? Good for you. Great to see a spa iin the ensuite. You can watch telly , drink wine and order pizza in there ya know Timeline Aug 08-Land Mar 09-Demo/Titles Sept 10-Handover No1 Sept 11-Handover No2 April 12-Sold No2 Aug 14-Land/Demo Jan 15-Slabs viewtopic.php?f=31&t=25736 Re: Working Drawings At Last! 4Sep 01, 2012 10:17 pm Great plan, love the open kitchen, dining etc space. I may be blind -is there a linen cupboard?? Also I am big one for storage and cupboards and I would extend robes in bedrooms and have at least two doors wide. Otherwise good luck with your build. Re: Working Drawings At Last! 6Sep 02, 2012 6:50 am Looks great! Im with jodge on the WIR wall too, that second row of storage would be priceless, and the wall still should be in line with or even clear of the entry to ensuite... Pretty well thought out design! Just a thought may be too late anyhow Working Drawings At Last! 8Sep 05, 2012 12:27 am Thanks for your comments wish I'd seen a couple of them earlier, never mind anyway tonight we signed our contracts!!!!!!
