It took three months for our land to settle. That's all done now, we've had a few issues with plans being slightly off and having to be redrawn. Land settled two months ago and the house is currently in council, waiting to be approved. My parents built with the same builder, their house was finished in ten weeks. Builder didn't have as many jobs then though so they just smashed it out.
