Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 30, 2012 12:51 am My first post here. Greetings, mates! I will be moving to Nowra to live, and I wish to build my first home. Things that scare me is the reviews I read of builders, on different forums. Where I live now, wise people seem to avoid big names, and go for local/regional 'quality' builders; they are slightly dearer, but the quality is noticeably better. Any one in this forum, who has built in Nowra or Shoalhaven area? Which local builders or bigger builders with franchise, are worth looking to? Many thanks. They did have a display home at Vincentia a while back but don't know if it is still available to look through. Maybe ask around or give them a call.
