I totally agree that there is not enough of this happening. Your plan certainly looks like a very comfortable and workable home. I'll be very interested to follow your build, and hope that my own is not too far behind you - I have similar issues with cold in winter here in Canberra. Make sure you take a tape recorder (or however people record these days!!??) cos I bet he has some fab stories to tell, and would be a shame to not share them with your girls and also his kids and grandkids in oz. how exciting!! end of next year though homeone will be in greece, (see coffee break for mamma mia fortnight) so if you are over here just before that trip, we can travel together!!
