i just want to find out how long it took most people for their houses to be build. times it took for most stages. Im building down in Pakenham (Amberlea Estate) with Frenken. My slab was poured back on the 3/8/12 and since then nothing has happened to my block. No wood on site ect. is this normal? what are the rough times most builders take to do other homes?

this has long given clients some stress. we have listened and now we give clients a schedule showing likely times, what comes first second and so on. naturally things dont always go as planned but at least they have a road map. maybe ask your builder if you can have one? leighton at clark new homes
