Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 23, 2012 10:51 am Hi, We are considering building on 1 or 2 acres if we can't find an existing home that we like. I have never built before and really have no idea about the process. I have heard that site cost can blow out unexpectedly. So I am wondering what exactly is included in site costs? I don't want to forget something in my budgeting and end up way over budget. Thanks in advance.
