We have a couple of things that need minor adjustments and I have to say all the trades have called they have all been really helpful and really professional nothing seems to be too much bother. The professionalism they have shown has been incredible Also have had other trades come to do bits and bobs from other companies and they have commented about the quality of the fixtures for example in the kitchen the runners for the drawers and the hydraulic braces are the best on the market. We look around and just say wow. Thanks Masterton for building our dream home and for handling what can only be described as a very emotional investment with utter professionalism Hopefully more photos soon That is an amazing kitchen great job, glad to hear you are so happy with your home I was always confident the quality would be great, the process well different for everyone! Can someone confirm that if the electricity connection to grid done by M, maybe the cost of it is included in the tender? Today, I will chase few more providers of electricity and gas. The one that can connect us the quickest, will get our account. Vatche I got sent a invoice bout 8 weeks ago for 440 to connect elect from masterton supplier....rang round was good price n we have had power for bout 2 weeks now....hopefully hand over on friday I just paid $880 (3 phase) for the connection for electricity. Not from M, but the electrician M recommended. Just been told electricity connection rules have just changed! Lucky ME! Now, the supplier has to provide a job # to the client (client to ring the supplier and give the NMI number given by the electrician) before the electrician can install the meters. This takes about 3-5 working days. So, hopefully we will have connection by next week. No that sounds right vatche we did the same paid about the same and we had electricity in time for floor sanding viewtopic.php?f=31&t=46741 Clovelly - Masterton Homes 5% to M 290312 CDC 21/06 20 days 29/08 Slab 17/09 Frame 26/09 Bricks 24/10 Roof tiles 20/11 Re: Masterton Homes - The new thread 3.0 2669May 28, 2013 8:44 am Is it stealing if you live there - if so, we are stealing every thing!!! TPG seem to be reasonable anyone had any experience with them? Telstra only offer 5GB or 100GB phone and internet package on line and we need in between. Thanks guys If you are in a new estate you should have the NBN. Our estate is new and we have NBN, and from my understanding all new estates should have NBN in Sydney. Yeah nah! Can u believe it? Spoke to Telstra today and they will send someone out to connect but it won't be until they get here that we will find out if there are any ports left in the hub if not we either have to wit for someone to cancel ??? Or go on mobile broadband this is not looking good 99! you got ripped off Re: Masterton Homes - The new thread 3.0 2674May 28, 2013 9:49 pm Yep sure did viewtopic.php?f=31&t=46741 Clovelly - Masterton Homes 5% to M 290312 CDC 21/06 20 days 29/08 Slab 17/09 Frame 26/09 Bricks 24/10 Roof tiles 20/11 Re: Masterton Homes - The new thread 3.0 2675May 28, 2013 10:06 pm Just been told security alarm was being installed today (neighbor) Re: Masterton Homes - The new thread 3.0 2676May 28, 2013 10:34 pm shireduplex Glad to hear all went well, the house looks fantastic too well done. Unless you had issues along the way, at PCI you may only find paint issues and few dents and scratches here and there. Make sure you test every tap and shower & bath. Check for any leaks under the sink or shower running outside etc. If you have a good SS, he will pick up lot of the paint jobs (mine did ).
