Thanks Mmm.... best to ask M? Re: Masterton Homes - The new thread 3.0 2210Apr 12, 2013 8:02 pm Hi All, we had PCI the other day all went great only a few minor things to fix which the SS was happy to get done, we have been so lucky to have a wonderful SS throughout the build, he always got everything done when he said he would, always returned our calls and attended to any bumps that came up along the way. He is now allowing our tiling to get done before we have the keys so this will save us time when we move in... I have been happy with M and especially credit to their wonderful supervisor Gino. I am so please with our new house... I could not be more greatful to our SS for all he has done. Villina 36 $3K Fee Paid 10/1/2012 Contract Signed 20/4/2012 Council Approval 18/7/2012 In Construction 13/9/2012 Re: Masterton Homes - The new thread 3.0 2211Apr 12, 2013 8:30 pm Hooray - we had 12 pallets of bricks delivered today - unfortunately it was too dark to really see the colour - looking forward to tomorrow when I can go by in daylight Re: Masterton Homes - The new thread 3.0 2212Apr 12, 2013 8:39 pm KDLEN Hi All, we had PCI the other day all went great only a few minor things to fix which the SS was happy to get done, we have been so lucky to have a wonderful SS throughout the build, he always got everything done when he said he would, always returned our calls and attended to any bumps that came up along the way. Our SS is good too in getting things done, fixed, amended and returning calls. I did peek through the window to day with a flash light, and no tiles. I presume the tilers have been in and finished off the wet areas Re: Masterton Homes - The new thread 3.0 2213Apr 12, 2013 9:12 pm Framework started today - yay!!! Good feeling actually seeing it taking shape now and being able to work out where everything is. Hubby and one of my kids actually had to drag me away as I was quite happy to sit there all day and watch. Today I was told by M that building will start in 10 to 15 working days. I couldn't wait to see, After such long time planing, amending, waiting. I preferred the SS as same one as Vatche's. Thanks Vatche's to give his name to me. Re: Masterton Homes - The new thread 3.0 2215Apr 12, 2013 9:36 pm onebighappyfamily Framework started today - yay!!! Today I actually saw my mum jump up and down with excitement too because we went past this morning and lo and behold they are back there on a Saturday continuing with the framework. If they keep this up, we will be in there before we know it.
