If I used 250W panels I would only be able to fit 4kW of panels. 7.5M Dual Frontage terrace @ lightsview SA /viewtopic.php?f=31&t=58754 moved in - April 2014 furnitured - August 2014 home theatre - September 2014 Game room - December 2013 moved in - 09 April 2014 Re: Frozenkuku's build: lightsview SA - frame!!!! 170May 01, 2013 4:23 am which one are you thinking of going with frozen. it can be a hard choice, Re: Frozenkuku's build: lightsview SA - frame!!!! 171May 01, 2013 10:42 pm frozenkuku they found an error on the powder room pipe not being centred. the plumber was fixing it. That sounds pretty good to me - I was getting quoted that much for 3kW when we were sorting our solar! It's all relative though, I think the FITs have changed again which does influence the prices. Have you signed on for it? I'm trying to remember what brand panels we have... SMA inverter though I know that you're not supposed to have the inverter exposed outside, however I have seen several in Lightsview that are on an exterior wall and would get a huge amount of exposure! I think it's crazy - you went to all this trouble to put in solar and now you are frying your inverter?? OH and can I just say - I LOVE having it. We currently have a $175 credit with EnergyAustralia So much nicer than opening a $400 bill. <3 Lovely door btw! 5.5m Terrace House - Lightsview (Northgate SA) Moved in!! - 22 February 2013 /viewtopic.php?f=31&t=53455 Re: Frozenkuku's build: lightsview SA - frame!!!! 178May 05, 2013 2:33 pm 1rocky congrats on the door looks great Thank you waiting more windows/doors to come juski I know that you're not supposed to have the inverter exposed outside, however I have seen several in Lightsview that are on an exterior wall and would get a huge amount of exposure! I think it's crazy - you went to all this trouble to put in solar and now you are frying your inverter?? so true, my friend who lived in rosslyn park installed the solar panel, the installer put the SMA inverter outdoor, one day my friend found out the inverter does not function anymore, kept flashing, the water got in and damaged during raining season. And his solarshop already bankrupt, he spent so much time finding people to replace it for warranty. 7.5M Dual Frontage terrace @ lightsview SA /viewtopic.php?f=31&t=58754 moved in - April 2014 furnitured - August 2014 home theatre - September 2014 Game room - December 2013 moved in - 09 April 2014 Re: Frozenkuku's build: lightsview SA - frame!!!! 179May 07, 2013 5:25 pm all sliding doors on ground floors were installed ( no windows on ground floor) http://i1138.photobucket.com/albums/n529/thchang01/lightsviewhome/9A20A265-C248-4C63-9833-DF1ACFB0D3AD-18077-00001AD047FB815C_zps1f4b563d.jpg http://i1138.photobucket.com/albums/n529/thchang01/lightsviewhome/25873287-EB58-4692-936E-4FC0BBE7517B-18077-00001AD053428F89_zps955622e1.jpg http://i1138.photobucket.com/albums/n529/thchang01/lightsviewhome/5CC348C3-ADDE-48FC-99E3-0F42056DDC45-18077-00001AD05C90D1D2_zps1f7e34a5.jpg 7.5M Dual Frontage terrace @ lightsview SA /viewtopic.php?f=31&t=58754 moved in - April 2014 furnitured - August 2014 home theatre - September 2014 Game room - December 2013 moved in - 09 April 2014 Re: Frozenkuku's build: lightsview SA - frame!!!! 180May 07, 2013 6:14 pm Those doors look huge, they look fantastic!
