We used Home Conveyancing in Reservoir on recommendation from our Mortgage Broker as he had used them personally. We have been pleased with their help and advice to date. First Home Owner Re: Recommended conveyancer in Melbourne? 3Mar 24, 2008 9:47 pm Hi Benji1107
We used House & Land Conveyancing in Upwey for both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new house and land - which we're in the middle of. They've have been extremely helpful and have gone over and above what was required (at least as we saw it). If you Google the business name and location they come up first. Peter was very helpful with everything and even went out of his way to speed things up for a quicker settlement. His charges are fairly competitive too.
