Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 09, 2012 6:58 pm Hi We're finally going to tender on a M3tric0n Newhaven 36 for a knock down rebuild. I was wondering whether anyone who has built with the Big M in Sydney NSW, can recommend a good bulding inspector to keep an eye on things? I'm not sure how it works, how much it costs or how often they should visit the site, so any information you can pass on would be greatly appreciated., I'm a complete novice. Thank you. Re: Help finding a building inspector for new build 3Aug 09, 2012 7:32 pm I know that Howard recommends prior to gyprock and then a 2nd at PCI.
