Hi there everyone !
Have been sitting in the background taking in all your combined knowledge - thoroughly amazed by the amount of information floating around !
Can someone out there help us with this one ?
We are in the throws ( 2 months long ) of negotiating a building contract with Edenbrae Homes in Sydney, to build a 2 storey home. So we want to get right as much as possible ( if that's at all possible in this game). Someone told me recently, about RESILIENT MOUNTS as a method of reducing noise transfer between the ground floor & upper floor. Has anyone used these & to what effect ?
We are renting a 2-storey Clarendon home & the noise is a shocker. So we want to reduce this, having experienced it 1st hand.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
thanks.
