We are building a house and land package with nu-era! So far they have been amazing! Who are you building with? We r not at council as we have had a few issues with our conveyancer and getting the land exchanged. We finally exchanged yesterday do one month until settlement. We are building the Nova and settle on our land on 15 November then to council after that. Starting to get exciting! Beechwood have some nice homes! So you are both building Beechwood? Well it's been awhile not much happening with me, just in council hoping to get out before Xmas so we can start building. Go down to the block each weekend it's exciting to see all the places start popping up and the other nu era ones on gratin look like they may be the first ones in and looking nice, so just excitement and waiting from us, Have either if you started building yet? Blogger3456 we paid our initial deposit , received our plans but needing to change a few things that they forgot. We are waiting for Beechwood to reopen from Christmas break so we can make our appointment with head office. We were pretty bummed our plans arrived on their last day of business for the year and we have had to wait till they reopen. Fiancé and I looking around at houses and colour of bricks and what we would like for out home, Question... When you go to head office for initial appointment, do they assist with outside colour selection,or are you really just left on your own. We have an IDEa of what we like, but are open to suggestions/opinions.
