Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 07, 2012 9:15 am Just starting a new thread about any/all experiences with MIRVAC building in the Saddlers Ridge Estate in Gillieston Heights area (Maitland) in the Hunter Valley of NSW. We are thinking of building with them in a non-turnkey mode (e.g. without floor coverings, driveway, landscaping to front etc.) Have been negotiating with another builder, but this has dragged on for 3+ months and cannot even get a slab class organised with them. Very frustrating. As this is a Mirvac estate, just wondering if anyone would like to comment on their experiences with building or owning a MIRVAC? We lived in a MIRVAC home in Sydney from new and were very pleased with the experience overall. 28/5 3.5K 1/8 Final Plans 20/9 Contracts/Selections 29/10 Council appr, CC 15/11 Scrape, peering 21/12 Slabbed, framed, bricks start 22/1 Bricks & roof comp 20/2 Lock up 5/4 Moved in and PCI Re: Mirvac @ Saddlers Ridge, Gillieston Heights, NSW ? 2Aug 25, 2012 3:09 pm 65 views and not a single comment - Come on everyone - Please send some responses !!!! 28/5 3.5K 1/8 Final Plans 20/9 Contracts/Selections 29/10 Council appr, CC 15/11 Scrape, peering 21/12 Slabbed, framed, bricks start 22/1 Bricks & roof comp 20/2 Lock up 5/4 Moved in and PCI Re: Mirvac @ Saddlers Ridge, Gillieston Heights, NSW ? 3Sep 14, 2012 10:00 am 118 views and STILL no comments.
